About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
- Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with agile teams to plan, refine, and deliver work within sprint timelines.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide clarity and direction.
- Balance feature delivery with quality, performance, and technical improvements.
- Support governance activities related to card network mandates (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- Ensure high‑quality delivery and continuous value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum practices.
- Prior experience in transaction acquiring (required).
- Exposure to payments or card networks (Visa / Mastercard) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts at a high level and translate them into business value.
