About the role
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers that have a direct impact on key financial metrics like revenue and margin
- Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple systems to support analysis of marketplace performance, sales trends, and user redemption activity.
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace operations and other functional business metrics.
- Design SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases and develop reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Partner with product managers, BI and engineering teams and product marketing stakeholders to support stakeholders by helping frame key analytical questions.
- Work directly with the Analytics & Insights Manager by contributing to weekly team meetings by sharing analysis results, insights, and reporting.
- Improve data culture by maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of data processes, SQL logic, reporting methodologies, and analytics best practices.
- Build healthy data foundations by performing data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Demonstrate a professional, growth mindset and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Partner with your manager to review progress against goals, reflect on learnings, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Identify blockers, or priority needs and escalate appropriately to leadership for timely resolution.
- Participate in a hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration two days per week.
- Be customer obsessed with identifying trends that drive usage of the Achievers platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional working experience in Analytics.
- Beginner level experience with SQL to write and troubleshoot basic queries to join and filter data
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Tableau, and Salesforce
- An interest and proficiency in presenting facts and figures across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple projects.
