About the role
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Program Management team, ensuring consistent standards, processes, and performance across all programs
- Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, including program scoping, onboarding, and operational readiness
- Ensure seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing program execution, establishing a strong foundation for long-term partnership
- Champion customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities, optimizing performance, and driving service excellence across existing accounts
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business development initiatives and foster new strategic partnerships
- Drive client retention and loyalty through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and a client-centric approach.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading Program or Project Management teams in a client-focused corporate travel management environment
- Proven success managing complex implementations and long-term client relationships
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational results
- Proactive, solutions-oriented leader who anticipates challenges and drives continuous improvement
- Experience supporting growth initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
