About the role

  • Hire, LEAD, discipline, and terminate technicians.
  • Support the service and maintenance teams as a technical resource.
  • Provide onsite field support for advanced level troubleshooting.
  • Enhance the customer experience by reducing misdiagnosis and service warranties.
  • Serve as a technical expert and resource for field operation.
  • Facilitate the technical development of Ace team members through creation and delivery of a technical training curriculum.
  • Create a sustainable and agile field development model that provides clear technical development requirements for tier advancement.
  • Support the field hiring process by providing oversight and input of candidate skillset and technical experience.
  • Assist in the formal evaluation of Ace product offerings.
  • Complete special projects and perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Performance Reviews as necessary.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of residential field service experience.
  • 10+ years of service management experience or HVAC operations management experience.
  • Experience managing a team of 30 or more technicians.
  • Training, certificate, or technology requirements.
