About the role

  • Generate, develop, and close roofing and exterior construction opportunities within multi-family and commercial properties
  • Focus on prospecting property owners, asset managers, and property management firms
  • Conduct site walks and inspections
  • Coordinate estimates with internal teams
  • Drive projects from initial contact through contract execution
  • Operate independently and manage own pipeline
  • Compensated on a commission-only basis tied directly to revenue performance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or GED required
  • 1–3+ years of sales experience in multi-family and/or commercial roofing and exteriors reconstruction
  • Storm restoration, roofing, or home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong person-to-person communication and lead generation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a competitive, results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; frequent field travel required
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and conflict professionally and courteously
  • Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable to daily commitments
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, weather conditions, and market demands
  • Ability to utilize technology devices, CRM systems, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suites
