User Researcher

• Senior User Researcher contributes across the company, running high impact research projects that drive decisions to meet company goals
• Centralised research model: learn about all parts of the company; rigorous prioritisation for high-impact projects
• Drive initiatives to improve impact and reach of research (insights management, democratisation, prioritisation framework)
• Part of the User Research and wider Product/UX function for support and knowledge sharing
• Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Working with stakeholders to define research needs, priorities, and integrate findings into product strategy
- Managing and executing evaluative and strategic projects with minimal support
- Communicating insights in compelling ways; tailoring to audience (from ICs to C-suite)
- Supporting the Research Guild to foster collaboration and strengthen research culture
- Managing research insights so they are easily accessible to the wider company
