About the role
- Senior User Researcher contributes across the company, running high impact research projects that drive decisions to meet company goals
- Centralised research model: learn about all parts of the company; rigorous prioritisation for high-impact projects
- Drive initiatives to improve impact and reach of research (insights management, democratisation, prioritisation framework)
- Part of the User Research and wider Product/UX function for support and knowledge sharing
- Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Working with stakeholders to define research needs, priorities, and integrate findings into product strategy
- Managing and executing evaluative and strategic projects with minimal support
- Communicating insights in compelling ways; tailoring to audience (from ICs to C-suite)
- Supporting the Research Guild to foster collaboration and strengthen research culture
- Managing research insights so they are easily accessible to the wider company

Requirements
- Proven work experience in a Senior User Researcher role working in a fast-paced B2C product environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to advocate for research and influence decision-making across teams
- Experience collaborating across the org to develop a holistic understanding of our business, our users, and the best ways to serve them, gaining and sharing diverse perspectives and data
- Expertise in a range of research methods, both evaluative and formative
- Proven ability to independently lead research projects from conception to completion
- The ability to uncover meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations that can be converted into real product enhancements and clear decision making
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities for product development through research
- Experience working with commercial or growth teams and monetisation strategies
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment with changing priorities
- Experience setting up and streamlining the research ops process
- Experience democratising and empowering others to do great research
