Leading and growing your team: Manage and mentor your engineers, supporting recruitment, development, performance reviews, promotions, and conflict resolution. Build a culture that is collaborative, high-performing, and focused on delivering impact.
Collaborating with other engineering managers, product managers, and stakeholders to unblock dependencies and ensure alignment across the business.

Requirements

Strong technical background with experience in C# or Java, or a similar role within the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience in user-centric, multidisciplinary teams, working closely with product, UX, and commercial functions.
A strong business mindset to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Delivery-focused with experience in agile teams, able to create clear delivery plans that ensure visibility on results and impact.
An understanding of best practices around monitoring, alerting, and maintaining service health.
The ability to contribute to technical decisions and participate in discussions on system and service design.
Strong management experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, conflict resolution, performance management, and promotions.
