Requirements

Expert at building data pipelines: Strong experience building and maintaining complex, scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
Cloud Data Warehousing Mastery: Deep knowledge of modern cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) and advanced ELT practices.
Architectural Vision: Proven experience designing data architecture to support various downstream needs, including analytics, ML, and event-driven systems.
Collaborative Leadership: Comfort working with and influencing stakeholders across engineering, product, and data, as well as external partners.
Product-Minded Engineering: A mindset focused on real impact, treating data as a product that enables better healthcare outcomes.
Relentless Resourcefulness: The ability to embrace constraints and think creatively to solve the technical hurdles of legacy healthcare data integration.
