About the role

  • Own and scale the Americas business: Full commercial responsibility for the Americas, building on existing traction
  • Expand and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players
  • Drive revenue growth: Deliver ambitious revenue targets across existing and new customers, with a strong focus on BESS and adjacent markets
  • Lead from the front on high-value opportunities, executive negotiations, and strategic deals
  • Use your network to open doors and shorten complex sales cycles
  • Build and lead a high-performing team: Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team with clear goals and accountability
  • Scale the organization thoughtfully as the business grows, hiring strong operators, not layers
  • Shape regional sales strategy: Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global priorities
  • Own pipeline discipline, forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market execution
  • Identify new verticals, use cases, and partnerships to expand ACCURE’s footprint
  • Act as a global leader: Report directly to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the executive team
  • Provide structured market feedback on customers, competition, and product opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, including senior leadership responsibility
  • Background in SaaS, energy technology, batteries, or adjacent infrastructure markets
  • Proven closer with a real network: Consistent track record of closing large, strategic deals
  • Established network across BESS, utilities, IPPs, OEMs, integrators, or the broader clean energy ecosystem in the Americas
  • Player–coach mindset: Comfortable setting strategy and personally closing key accounts
  • Experienced in scaling teams and processes without bureaucracy
  • Strong grasp of complex buying processes and long sales cycles
  • Confident in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance discipline
  • Credible at C-level, internally and externally
  • Clear, persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Business-fluent English (native or near-native).
