About the role

  • Spearhead Accu's expansion into robotics and automation, shaping product and supplier strategy.
  • Identify opportunities and expand Accu's robotics and automation product portfolio.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard new suppliers; manage end-to-end process including MOQs, pricing, and specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new products into Accu’s catalogue and lead specialist category development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to shape the category roadmap.
  • Build strategic partnerships with brands and technology providers, exploring exclusivity and co-branded initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create technical resources, product guides, and explainer videos.
  • Champion STEM outreach: deliver workshops, support events at schools/universities, and engage the robotics community.
  • Support robotics projects, competitions, demonstrations and product showcases at industry events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Global Head of Product Strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of robotics, automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in category management, product development, or supplier onboarding.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Comfortable building partnerships and representing Accu in industry settings.
  • Passionate about STEM, innovation, and driving engagement in technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both technical and customer-facing.
