About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the federal market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within federal agencies
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products can address those needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market
- Work with Accrete to generate custom solution value propositions
Requirements
- Eligibility for Federal Top Secret security clearance
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Federal market, with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Lifelong learner who stays current and knowledgeable in the ever-changing technology space
- Experienced with CRM software like Salesforce and Business Development outreach software solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Technology is a plus
