About the role
- Explore and prototype emerging AI frameworks and agentic systems (e.g., OpenClaw and other nascent open-model frameworks) to identify potential advantages for the Accrete ecosystem.
- Assess the applicability of new AI advancements to the current product roadmap and long-term platform strategy.
- Build lightweight proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate integration pathways and demonstrate the practical utility of new agentic workflows.
- Partner with Product teams to identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Platform/Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and architectural implications.
- Translate research insights and experimental results into structured recommendations for leadership to inform product strategy and investment.
- Stay ahead of AI-native competitors by systematically evaluating the latest tooling and research to ensure Accrete maintains its technological edge.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience building and leveraging agentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, programmatic reasoning workflows, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with emerging open-source frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, AutoGPT) and a deep understanding of the LLM landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and product market-fit.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and the architectural requirements for scaling AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to both engineering and product leadership.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-innovation environment.
- A record of personal projects, contributions to open-source AI frameworks, or research publications in the field of agentic systems is highly desirable.
