Business Development Rep

• Working with our lead generation function to conduct high volume prospecting and networking via calls, emails and social media
• Creating and prioritising strategic target account lists within defined verticals
• Supporting AIQ’s marketing team by assisting with marketing campaigns and events
• Managing and documenting activities, leading opportunities and accounts in the Salesforce CRM system
• Using a consultative approach, you'll respond to new business enquiries, qualify prospects and develop these enquiries into leads to create new opportunities
• Building and maintaining a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure you achieve and exceed sales targets

• Defining and executing testing scenarios across the full software development lifecycle
• Building, maintaining, and improving automated UI tests using Playwright
• Working closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate solutions
• Performing and automating functional, regression, and acceptance testing

• Providing first-class customer service tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Planning, managing, and educating customers as they adopt and implement ExpenseIn as their new expense and invoice management system.
• Guiding customers on best practices of expense management and HMRC regulations.
• Transferring customer learning and development experience into practical and focused product help material.
• Ensuring the Head of Service Delivery is kept aware of the implementation milestones, the project atmosphere, and challenges.
• Consulting with customers and design technical bespoke report specifications for the Development team.
• Being a mentor for the Implementation Specialists.
• Maintaining full product knowledge of services and features available to customers by independent testing or organising collaborative team testing sessions.
• Performing user acceptance testing on new and enhanced features on both the ExpenseIn mobile app and web portal products.
• Working as part of a busy operational team to deliver world-class customer service to all company stakeholders.
• Maintaining and producing operational documentation to a high standard.
• Be responsible for identifying, generating, and communicating product enhancement ideas to Product.
• Forming part of the Service Delivery Senior team.
