About the role
- Make 35–45 outbound sales calls daily to prospective students
- Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and career benefits
- Handle queries and objections related to pricing, courses, and placements
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system
- Process admission forms and student documentation
- Follow up on pending fee installments
- Generate fee receipts using invoicing software
- Coordinate with the branch team on student-related matters
Requirements
- Completed graduation or final-year students who have finished coursework
- Personal laptop and smartphone in good working condition
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Availability for evening shift: Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
- Comfortable making 35–45 sales calls daily
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, web-based tools)
