About the role

  • Consultative prospecting, acting as the first bridge between the customer's pain points and the solution that transforms companies' financial management.
  • Engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Generate qualified leads using appropriate methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in pre-sales in a B2B context.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling (you don't need to be an expert, but should be able to operate effectively in this area).
  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance (income statement/P&L, EBITDA, budget planning).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Ability to deeply understand business contexts and financial pain points.
  • Strong logical reasoning to interpret data and develop tailored approaches.
  • Clarity and concision for writing impactful emails, messages, and scripts.
  • Persistence with discernment: you know when to push and when to step back.
  • Ability to qualify leads using criteria and methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.).
  • Genuine willingness to learn about corporate finance and B2B SaaS.
