About the role
- Lead a high-performing team delivering person-centered case management services
- Implement Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) practices to align goals and performance
- Execute productivity strategies, set expectations, monitor performance, and achieve productivity goals
- Implement and maintain employee retention strategies
- Manage relationships with business partners and external stakeholders
- Serve as subject matter expert in case management ensuring compliance and quality
- Apply Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align training with business objectives
- Supervise approximately 15 employees; meet regularly and provide feedback
- Shadow/observe employees at least twice annually to measure competency and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, licensure regulations, Agency policies
- Manage productivity and meet or exceed billing standards
- Address employee performance concerns and coordinate with senior leadership and Human Capital
- Collaborate with Continuous Improvement team on quality, audits, and training
- Manage employees across multiple counties and travel locally with limited overnight travel
- Lead team meetings, interview and hire staff, manage outreach and community partnerships
- Complete documentation of billable services within 1 business day and report incidents as mandated reporter
- Monitor program expenses and approve expenses for direct reports
Requirements
- BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work, as required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Three (3) years of supervisory-level experience in a direct support services program and within the prospective or a closely related program required
- Must be highly organized and have essential computer skills
- Knowledge of various human service practices is necessary
