About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles across multiple functions

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with specialized searches
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Tech-savvy and adept at using recruiting tools and platforms
- Experience in SaaS, recruitment agencies, or the localization industry is a plus
- Skilled in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
