About the role
- Responsible for retrieving and fulfilling standard Data Management requests with direction from the Lead and Supervisor
- Retrieves equipment orders from CRM/document retrieval system and performs customer maintenance returning an accurate update along with necessary linkages in a timely manner
- Retrieves requests from the Data Management mailbox – updates the system and returns the requests with the necessary information for requestor to complete their updates
- Works with ancillary departments to resolve customer database issues while providing guidance to others to meet the needs of our Customers
- Receives and resolves customer care tickets from all other Departments working them to completion
Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Less than one year of related experience
- Must be able to work overtime at the end of each month
- Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time and working on computer monitors
- Capable of taking direction to learn problem solving skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Basic Excel skills required
- Capable of working well in a team environment
