Primary support liaison to Account Representatives (SPOCS); Provide extraordinary Customer Services to SPOCS, Independent Dealers, Resellers and Customers; Work within a team environment to enhance Dealer relationships; Provide product, promotion, and general lease sales support to Independent Dealer base; Understand products and prices offered by competition and update management; Respond to dealer/reseller and customer inquiries about CFS products, services and prices; Answer inbound calls and emails as outlined in KRA’s; Support sales team by working assigned territories when required; Work with Dealer channel partners to provide accurate and timely information; Document all transactions and ensure accurate application entry and detailed follow up; Work with Risk Analysts to obtain additional credit information; Communicate credit decisions to dealers & customers; Maintain technical knowledge; Assist with other duties as assigned; Maintain Salesforce database; Develop relationships with ORM’s to resolve escalated dealer issues.
Requirements
2 years of Sales Support or Account Management experience; Limited leasing experience < 2 years; Ability to work in fast paced environment; Basic comprehension of Programs utilized in leasing industry (Leasewave, Salesforce); Basic comprehension of Credit concepts; Basic knowledge of CPI program and HP comprehension; Strong math aptitude and computer skills; Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
