About the role
- Produce strategic and creative proposals and sales/marketing collateral.
- Work with Directors, Associate Directors, Creative Associates, and various suppliers.
- Ensure strategic and thoughtful visual representation of ideas and brand in proposals and sales phase.
- Stay on top of industry and event trends to cultivate new ideas.
- Manage large proposals and support Creative Associates in growth – peer review, edit, strategy.
- Collaborate, inspire and lead Creative Associates to create winning proposals addressing clients’ goals.
- Execute content strategy for large-scale projects and bid situations; consultative partner to sales and operations.
- Hybrid role based in Orlando or Miami area (Florida) with occasional travel as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in the DMC, events, hospitality, or related fields.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Passion for creativity in the hospitality and special events industry.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Asana, Canto, Flipsnack, Salesforce (preferred).
