About the role

  • Produce strategic and creative proposals and sales/marketing collateral.
  • Work with Directors, Associate Directors, Creative Associates, and various suppliers.
  • Ensure strategic and thoughtful visual representation of ideas and brand in proposals and sales phase.
  • Stay on top of industry and event trends to cultivate new ideas.
  • Manage large proposals and support Creative Associates in growth – peer review, edit, strategy.
  • Collaborate, inspire and lead Creative Associates to create winning proposals addressing clients’ goals.
  • Execute content strategy for large-scale projects and bid situations; consultative partner to sales and operations.
  • Hybrid role based in Orlando or Miami area (Florida) with occasional travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in the DMC, events, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Passion for creativity in the hospitality and special events industry.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Asana, Canto, Flipsnack, Salesforce (preferred).
