About the role
- Continue to evolve the brand’s identity, purpose, positioning, and architecture.
- Oversee the creation and rollout of brand platforms.
- Champion brand consistency across internal and external communications.
- Develop KPIs and analyze brand initiatives.
- Partner with the Brand Messaging and Activation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic art direction as a creative designer/art director.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven experience managing brands and creative agencies.
- Project management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and influence at multiple levels.
