About the role

  • Support interdisciplinary team evaluating services provided by the Intersect Division of Access Services
  • Manage a Templeton Foundation-funded 3-year study improving mental health through faith community partnerships
  • Keep the team on task to meet goals and outcomes as defined by the project proposal
  • Coordinate and attend meetings of the Project Leadership Team and Interdisciplinary Advisory Board
  • Record and distribute minutes from team meetings and plan agendas for Advisory Board meetings
  • Ensure Intersects internal processes identify and assemble necessary data and maintain accurate data records
  • Develop and run reports through the electronic health record to assess Intersect outcomes
  • Ensure the project team works within the project budget and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Lead projects, task groups, and assignments promoting organizational growth in a pluralistic, faith-sensitive environment
  • Work schedule approximately 10-16 hours per week, hybrid with in-person meetings across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties

Requirements

  • (Candidates who will be considered must meet some, if not all requirements)
  • Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, theology or a related field is required
  • 3-5 years of experience working in social work (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience working in ministry (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people of all faiths or those with no traditional belief system (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective partnerships internally and externally (required)
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively build and foster a wide variety of community relationships with clients, donors, partners, and volunteers
  • Knowledge of local faith communities and faith-based service organizations
  • Knowledge of local social service organizations and systems of care
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to find meaningful solutions to complex problems
  • Experience documenting and relaying information to ensure all program and client information are current
  • Knowledge and ability to use computers and required technology platforms
  • Ability to drive to meet with individuals and members of service providers/faith communities
