Leverage and develop subject matter expertise to support delivery of value to public sector clients in the Asia Pacific region
Proposal development, project design and implementation, and relationship management
Design and provide advisory services to governments and public institutions on strategy, policy, and regulation at national, regional and multilateral levels
Lead small project teams, manage large project teams, or act as an experienced individual contributor on cross-functional teams
Build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to account growth
Research client needs, policies, and trends to create targeted materials, proposals, and presentations
Analyse issues using critical thinking and research to shape recommendations
Deliver high-quality work backed by research, analysis, and writing; flag potential issues early
Draft input into client proposals, research reports, presentation materials, and other products to client-ready quality
Support stakeholder consultations, prepare briefs, interview guides, and synthesise findings
Maintain operational excellence: adhere to workflows, compliance, quality assurance, and manage time effectively
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of work experience within (or understanding of) the public sector / government, or multilateral organisation
Demonstrable subject matter exposure to public policy, digital transformation, digital economy, digital ID, digital payments, AI, and connectivity
Good undergraduate degree from a reputable university (degrees in public policy, international relations, or tech-related subjects preferred)
Accredited project management qualifications are a bonus (e.g., PMP, PMI)
Strong structured research and analysis skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-organisation and time-management skills
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI products
