Director

• Provide practice leadership and act as a thought leader within the Economics Strategy practice.
• Lead multiple consulting project teams, manage client relationships, and plan team work and deliverables.
• Contribute individual expertise to problem solving on technical, project and client management issues.
• Develop research methodologies, systematic literature reviews, primary research design, and approaches to data analysis.
• Specify and apply quantitative economic models and econometric models; draft and review client deliverables and present to clients and public audiences.
• Lead large and cross-practice teams, leveraging expertise across AI, data governance, and digital transformation.
• Ensure communications quality: client-ready proposals, research reports, presentation materials.
• Support team leadership, talent development, mentorship, and build a high-performing practice.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance, operational excellence, and implement quality assurance and risk management on projects.
• Monitor billability, productivity and financial performance; anticipate and manage project risks and interdependencies.
• Build strong client relationships, deliver client value, and support strategic growth of the practice.
