About the role

  • Conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
  • Analyzing large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights

  • Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in data collection, storage, and analysis processes
  • Assisting junior data analysts by providing guidance and support on various projects

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience as a Data Analyst in a complex environment
  • Proven expertise working in the field of Data Analytics with a strong focus on problem solving and deep-dive analysis
  • Knowledge of statistics, probability and hypothesis testing
  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Use LLMs to identify trends in data and leverage intuition to find opportunities to improve the user experience in data-related features
  • Build POCs to demonstrate the feature opportunities identified during data analysis leveraging AI
  • Strong SQL skills include querying complex datasets from various sources
  • Advanced proficiency in programming and statistical analysis
  • Advanced experience in SQL and BI reporting and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, DataGrip, etc) as well as experience using DAX
  • Proficiency in R statistical programming to explore diverse data sets and create models using correlation analysis, regression modeling and cluster analysis.
  • Effective communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders clearly
