About the role

  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow functionalities (workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations);
  • Deliver high-quality, well-tested code within agreed timelines and estimations;
  • Analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions;
  • Improve and optimize existing platform configurations and customizations;
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and communicate progress transparently;
  • Support testing activities and document implemented solutions;
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to continuous team improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
  • Experience implementing integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
  • Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing practices.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working with the ITSM module and up-to-date ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage.
