You'll serve as the primary lead for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and satisfaction
You'll drive client retention, account growth, and new business development
You'll lead presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal management
You'll identify and pursue opportunities to expand cost management services
You'll oversee financial performance, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and receivables
You'll provide strategic cost control guidance across capital planning, procurement, and risk management
You'll deliver value engineering and cost-saving solutions without compromising quality
You'll build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
You'll lead QA/QC reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
You'll champion operational excellence, optimize KPIs, and represent the firm in the industry

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Data Center Experience preferable
Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.
