About the role

  • You’ll support specific work streams or short-term projects where the number of inter-dependencies and inter-connections are moderate to highly variable.
  • You’ll be proactive and accomplish results through own efforts.
  • You’ll conduct analysis and provide status reports that communicate project health and potential risks/roadblocks.
  • You’ll apply advanced in-depth knowledge of project management support principles, methods, procedures, and practices in the development and execution of project management support activities.
  • You’ll coordinate activities that support completion of tasks necessary for project execution.
  • You’ll identify problems and solutions. Provides input to project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
  • You’ll lead project teams under the direction of Project Manager.
  • You’ll identify and resolve issues and conflicts amongst team members and, if needed, escalate to Project Manager for resolution.
  • You’ll conduct analysis and prepare presentations for use in communicating facts, practices, and policies to internal contacts and team members.
  • You’ll serve as the primary liaison with internal and external project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years’ project support experience
  • 2+ years’ project management experience
  • Professional experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Electrical Infrastructure construction experience
