About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in paid social media advertising
- Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Academy) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools
- In-depth knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques
