About the role

  • Work on prospecting, relationship-building and closing sales of school furniture projects, ensuring achievement of sales targets and strengthening the company's market presence.
  • Prospect new clients (schools, companies in general).
  • Conduct external visits to present products and solutions.
  • Maintain and expand the active client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assess clients' technical needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, lead times and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and follow the sales process through to delivery.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Update CRM or prepare visit and results reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, after-sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Prior experience in external sales (preferably in the school furniture sector).
  • Basic ability to read project drawings is a plus.
  • An active client portfolio in the segment is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling techniques.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business).
  • Valid driver's license (Category B), own car, and availability for travel/external visits.
