About the role
- Responsible for the strategic development of Acast’s portfolio of podcast partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for our podcast partners in day-to-day operations
- Support partners with launching new podcasts and continuously developing existing shows
- Analyze market, platform and usage trends in the international podcast market
- Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for external partners
- Support the monetization of our podcasts in close collaboration with national and international sales teams
- Guide partners through onboarding and integration into Acast systems
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in account or partner management
- Strong knowledge of the German podcast market
- Experience in media sales and podcast monetization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs and presentation tools
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of podcast hosting, ad-tech or video content is a plus
