• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Manage the end-to-end execution of audio advertising campaigns – including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based buys
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) and to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth campaign execution
• Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align on messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities
• Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the Track performance and develop post-campaign reports that inform renewals, upsells, and long-term client success
• Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking

• Oversee a team of creator managers
• Drive strategic partnerships with top-tier podcasters, networks, and publishers
• Ensure creators have everything they need to grow audiences and revenues
• Build and mentor a high-performing team
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and strategic priorities
• Serve as the executive point of contact for significant creator relationships
• Guide development and execution of tailored growth strategies for partners
• Ensure Sales teams are equipped with timely, accurate creator insights
