About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of audio advertising campaigns – including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based buys
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) and to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth campaign execution
  • Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align on messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities
  • Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the Track performance and develop post-campaign reports that inform renewals, upsells, and long-term client success
  • Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales planning and/or account management, with a preference for experience in audio/podcast-related roles
  • A demonstrated track record of client-facing roles at either a publisher or agency
  • A solid grasp of the digital advertising and media landscape
