About the role
- Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to craft impactful retention, monetization and paid user repeat engagement experiences, growth experiments, and new features and enhancements.
- Define and shape experiments that help users reach clear “aha” moments.
- Design against Grammarly’s strategic business goals and user needs.
- Leverage customer insights to guide users toward feature discovery.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand new and existing users paid users.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant working experience in product design roles with 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, monetization/subscription, or activation experiences.
- You have demonstrated mastery of product design, encompassing prototyping, visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Curiosity: You love exploring new ideas and solutions across technology and user-centric design.
- Drives Towards Clarity: Thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the opportunity to validate hypotheses.
- Delight & Empathy: You understand how customers think and care deeply about their journey.
- Excellent Communication: You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form.
