• Strategically source new talent through both traditional and innovative channels.
• Curate and manage shortlists of prospective candidates for review by hiring managers.
• Engage in meaningful discussions with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Contribute engaging content for our weekly newsletter and maintain an active presence on our corporate blog.
• Report directly to the CEO, assisting in the development of recruitment strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across various roles and clients.

• Leverage customer insights to guide users toward feature discovery.
