About the role
- As a Junior Account Manager you will develop into an expert in B2B sales and build your own client network.
- Winning and developing new clients: you will engage with managers, heads of departments and CEOs, learn about their challenges and advise them on appropriate staffing solutions.
- Step by step you will grow your own network and develop sustainable business relationships, as every contact moves you forward.
- Work with our clients to design successful personnel strategies – from price negotiation to targeted candidate placement in close collaboration with our recruiters.
Requirements
- A university degree is an advantage but not required.
- You are communicative, ambitious and driven to succeed.
- Challenges motivate you and you enjoy developing your skills.
- Fluent German and good English complete your profile.
