About the role

  • Support Operations teams as needed on assigned tasks, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Maintain database of agreements in contract management system and assist with other contract related projects
  • Assist with production and quality review of board reports for legal underwriting clients
  • Liaise with various Operations teams dependent on assignments
  • Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA Foreside’s various client and internal initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications
  • comfortable working in tech-enabled environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the financial operations, legal, or compliance industry is preferred
