About the role
- Design UX/UI across native iOS and/or Android applications and products, aligned with platform conventions and best practices, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across devices
- Own design work end-to-end, from problem definition and ideation through to delivery
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries & design guidelines
- Produce information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product, development, and other stakeholders through sprint planning, delivery, and QA
- Utilise research analytics and testing to inform design decisions to validate outcomes
- Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of visual design across all products
- Strategic and innovative approach to designing and maintaining our platforms
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping
- Experience designing native mobile applications
- Solid understanding of design systems and UX/UI principles
- Experience working in agile and sprint-based environments, including JIRA
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating responsive and platform-aware design
