About the role
- Generate and qualify leads, identifying prospects interested in our cybersecurity solutions.
- Prioritise and research prospects, understanding their current IT situation, challenges, and needs.
- Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn) to convey Absolute’s unique value propositions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Sales through outbound calling and strategic digital outreach, converting them into pipeline opportunities.
- Build and prioritise strategic account lists aligned with sales team members within a defined segments.
- Foster alignment and positive partnerships with internal Field Sales, technical and Marketing teams.
- Participate in virtual and/or in-person events as needed.
- Utilise our CRM system (Salesforce) to log activity and lead conversion data for business transparency.
- Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Native Spanish and proficient English-speaking language skills required, additional languages especially Portuguese preferred but not essential.
- Resilience and a fearless approach to challenges, particularly in objection handling.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, prospects, and team members.
- Ambitious individual eager to learn and contribute significantly to the business's continued success.
- Previous sales experience (1-2 years preferred) with a proven track record of consistently opening qualified opportunities that lead to revenue.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the cybersecurity space, is a bonus but not essential.
