About the role

  • To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of area specific activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
  • To manage the team’s efficiency in managing portfolio for Fleet Card, by designing and implementing strategies, managing resources and integrating systems and processes as the subject matter expert.
  • Support team with set objectives and create and develop and manage performance of team members.
