About the role
- Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
- Manage daily operations - scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
- Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
- Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Know (or are willing to learn) about ABA therapy
- Have an RBT certification, HIPAA knowledge, and remote team experience
