About the role
- Enter and verify customers’ orders are placed correctly
- Work closely with customers to resolve any order discrepancies in a timely manner
- Regularly review customers backlog of open orders
- Review any order changes submitted and once approved update system accurately
- Expedite any urgent or late orders
- Manage email inbox effectively and in an organized manner
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Customer Service-related field is preferred
