• Enter and verify customers’ orders are placed correctly
• Work closely with customers to resolve any order discrepancies in a timely manner
• Regularly review customers backlog of open orders
• Review any order changes submitted and once approved update system accurately
• Expedite any urgent or late orders
• Manage email inbox effectively and in an organized manner
• Respond to customers in a timely manner

• Responsible for technical support related sales tasks
• Support the Regional Sales Managers to help on Abracon products business design funnel wins
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical staff at target customers or distributors
• Communicate frequently internally regarding opportunities and major technical issues
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, and related support staffs to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
• Provide sales and technical support to local customers
• Support seminars and product training to regional offices
