💰 $65,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support end-to-end onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling and training, and system access
- Coordinate with Payroll on leave of absence, time off, or other timecard adjustments
- Assist with recruiting efforts such conducting screenings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and job posting coordination
- Manage tracking success of sales and operations new hires through their training periods, and other performance management lifecycles
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in the HRIS/ATS
- Support exit interviews and offboarding tasks, including documentation and feedback tracking
- Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and assist with administrative HR tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
- 3+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, or other relevant experience
- Experience with recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with ADP and Lever is preferred, or other HRIS and ATS
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfort challenging the status quo and bringing ideas to leadership
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership
