About the role
- Provide direct support to individuals, promoting health, safety, and independence
- Coordinate daily household operations and communication across all shifts
- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Ensure accurate documentation, service notes, and financial records
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and 6100/6400 regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation, including covering shifts when needed
- Support staff training, onboarding, and required certifications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and effective problem-solver
- Ability to lead teams and foster a positive, supportive work environment
