About the role

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
- Proficiency in performance management, including setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Clear, transparent, and consistent communication to foster alignment within the team and with clients.
- Exceptional skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and client relationship management.
- Managing conflicts constructively, promoting trust, and ensuring productive outcomes.
- Experience managing complex client-facing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Strong understanding of professional services delivery and customer lifecycle.
- Experience in working across teams or departments to align objectives and drive collective success in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and creative thinking to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and remain composed under pressure.
