About the role

  • Develop robust and scalable security features using Python/Go and AI powered tools.
  • You will be relied upon to own feature delivery for a Standing Team -- to design, decompose, execute, and launch.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing and integration testing.
  • Use debugging tools and techniques to diagnose and fix issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively in an async manner with team members to provide updates, discuss challenges and propose solutions.
  • You will be participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and in system design discussions.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years or 4+ internships of industry experience as a Back End Developer with expertise developing production grade Python, Go, and distributed systems.
  • Understanding of Go, gRPC, and microservices
  • Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
  • Experience with AI Developer tools such as Copilot, Cursor, etc.
