Business Development Rep

• Own outbound prospecting by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, building account lists, and creating opportunities
• Run personalized multi-channel outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels
• Qualify opportunities by understanding prospects’ businesses, challenges, and AI needs
• Book qualified meetings with sales leadership and provide context for handoffs
• Handle and qualify inbound leads and move relevant opportunities into the pipeline
• Track messaging, personas, industries, and approaches to build a repeatable outbound playbook
• Maintain organized prospect information, follow-ups, activity, and accurate pipeline data
• Share market insights with the team about effective messaging, responsive prospects, and opportunities
• Work with sales leadership and the technical team to understand prospects’ AI needs
