About the role
- Serve as the primary program leader and decision-maker
- Develop, own, and clearly communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Define, prioritize, and manage program features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs
- Identify, anticipate, and proactively remove organizational and technical roadblocks to keep the program moving forward
- Create and maintain detailed program documentation, including requirements, user stories, workflows, and wireframes
- Translate complex legal, compliance, and operational needs into clear, actionable program requirements
- Act as the voice of the program across the company, ensuring alignment from frontline teams to executive stakeholders
- Train and support internal teams and customers to drive program adoption and success
- Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure program features meet regulatory and industry standards
- Work with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategies, program positioning, and messaging
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities
- Monitor program performance using key metrics and customer insights
- Use data, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously iterate and improve the program
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in product/program management or a closely related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience with CRM platforms or enterprise software preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, IT, Compliance, and Account Management
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience managing competing priorities
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving progress in complex, regulated environments
- Comfort owning outcomes and being accountable for program success company-wide
